Teren de casă pentru o mamă singură cu copiii ei

Povestea de viaţă a Lenuţei Căpraru este o dramă foarte greu de imaginat. Mamă a 10 copii, a trait până nu demult alături de un om devenit extrem de violent şi agresiv din cauza băuturii. Temându-se pentru viaţa ei şi a copiilor, a reuşit să divorţeze de el şi să se întoarcă în Cândeşti, satul ei natal. Aici a reuşit să îşi găsească adăpost într-o cocioabă la marginea satului, pe un teren care nu îi aparţine.

Din acel moment, neavând nicio altă sursă de venit, ea munceşte zilnic pentru ca copiii să aibă ce mânca şi să îşi poată continua studiile şcolare. Copiii i-au răsplătit sacrificiul sprijinind-o atât în muncă după puteri, dar mai ales prin rezultatele şcolare foarte bune obţinute în ciuda tuturor dificultăţilor.

Drama Lenuţei Căpraru a fost prezentată în trecut atât în Formula AS cât şi la TVR, urmarea fiind că ea şi copiii au mai beneficiat de sprijin material sub formă de hrană, haine, rechizite şi alte bunuri care le-au mai îndulcit puţin amărăciunea zilelor. Însă cea mai mare problemă a lor este că terenul pe care locuiesc nu le aparţine şi, mai rău, este în prezent scos la vânzare. Din această cauză, nu numai că nu se poate construi nimic pe acel teren pentru sprijinirea lor, dar ei sunt în pericol real de a ajunge pe stradă dacă acel teren va fi vândut.

Astfel, am pornit această campanie pentru a putea achiziţiona acel teren direct pe numele Lenuţei Căpraru. Realizarea acestei intenţii ar reprezenta o adevărată minune pentru ea şi copiii ei: nu vor mai trăi cu teama că li se va lua acoperişul de deasupra capului, vor putea continua să trăiască din roadele acelui teren şi îşi vor putea clădi pe el, cu muncă proprie şi sprijin, un trai mai bun.

(English) Lenuţa Căpraru’s life story is a very hard to imagine drama. Mother of 10 children, she has lived until not long ago next to a man whom alcohol turned very aggressive and violent. Fearing for the lives of her children and herself, she managed to obtain a divorce and return with the children to Cândeşti, her native village. Here they were able to find shelter in a tiny, derelict cottage, on a patch of land that she does not own. From that moment on, not having any other income source, she has worked hard every day to make sure that her children are fed and are able to continue their studies. For their part, the children have rewarded her sacrifice by supporting her work to the best of their abilities, but more importantly through their very good school performance, obtained despite all of their difficulties.

Lenuţa Căpraru’s drama has been presented in the past on the national television channel, as well as the Formula AS magazine, which led to her receiving over time some material support in the form of food, clothes, school supplies and other items that have managed to slightly sweeten their daily ordeals. But their biggest problem lies in the fact that they don’t own the land they live on and, even worse, that land is currently up for sale. Because of this, not only is it not possible to build anything on it for their support, but they are in a very real danger of ending up on the street if that land gets sold.

As such, we have started this campaign in order to purchase that land directly for Lenuţa Căpraru and make her its owner. Achieving this would be a real miracle for her and her children: they will no longer live in fear of losing the roof above their heads; they’ll be able to continue to live off that land and will finally be able, with their own effort as well as support, build a better future for themselves on top of it.
